Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 13, 2022, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a conference call has been scheduled on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s third quarter results, as well as certain forward-looking information. The Company plans to release its third quarter results after the market closes on the same date. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
