Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On July 15, 2021, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a conference call has been scheduled on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s second quarter results, as well as certain forward-looking information. The Company plans to release its second quarter results after the market closes on the same date. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
