Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On October 15, 2020, World Fuel Services Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that a conference call has been scheduled on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time to discuss the Company’s quarterly results, as well as certain forward-looking information. The Company plans to release its quarterly results after the market closes on the same date. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
