World Fuel Services Corporation to Increase Quarterly Dividend by 66%
MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 8, 2019--World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today that its board of directors has approved a 66% increase to its quarterly cash dividend to $0.10 per share, which is expected to be declared for the next regular quarterly dividend payable in July 2019.
“While we will continue to use our available capital to principally invest in growing our core businesses, our strong balance sheet and confidence in the company’s cash generation capabilities enables us to also deliver greater value to our shareholders,” stated Ira M. Birns, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of World Fuel Services Corporation. “We expect to accomplish this in 2019 through a combination of a dividend increase and share repurchases from time to time.”
