World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on April 7, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 17, 2017.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 2017--World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share payable on April 7, 2017 to shareholders of record on March 17, 2017.
