World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on January 9, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2014.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--November 21, 2014--World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on January 9, 2015 to shareholders of record on December 19, 2014.
