         World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on April 8, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 18, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 4, 2011--World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on April 8, 2011 to shareholders of record on March 18, 2011.
