         World Fuel Services Corporation announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on July 7, 2010 to shareholders of record on June 18, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2010--World Fuel Services Corporation (NYSE:INT) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share payable on July 7, 2010 to shareholders of record on June 18, 2010.
